Backed by solid systems engineering and research, not agency or marketing.
I handle the AI infrastructure. You ship features.
| Option | Problem |
|---|---|
| OpenAI / Anthropic | Expensive, no control, data leaves your infra |
| Together / Replicate | Still expensive, adds margin on top of compute |
| AWS SageMaker | Complex setup, vendor lock-in |
| Self-host | Requires infra expertise you don't have |
I solve AI infrastructure problems so you can solve business problems.
Run models in your AWS account or mine. You own what matters.
Built by a systems engineer, not a marketing team. Things work.
Focus on outcomes, not infrastructure. Your users see the difference.
Tell me what you're building. I'll tell you how AI can help.
I handle the servers, you get an API
Infra + prompts + evaluation + tuning
Architecture & strategy guidance
Pricing is project-based. Tell me what you're building and I'll give you a fair quote.

I work with companies who need AI but don't want to build infra in-house.
Synkti is developed by Bobby Mathews, AI infrastructure researcher with expertise in distributed systems and reliable engineering.
I support any open-weight model compatible with vLLM (Qwen, Mistral, etc.). Specify your model when you reach out.
I can also handle fine-tuning and customizing the AI for your particular use case.
Your data stays in your AWS account, or I can host in mine. Either way, you know where it is.
It depends on prompt length, response size, and model size. Most completions take 1-5 seconds. Routing adds ~10ms on top.

If OpenAI works for you, use it. But if you need control, lower cost, or data residency, you need something else.
